I charged my laptop and 5 mins later smoke started appearing from the charging port, couple with a burning smell. Disconnected cable and turned off laptop immediately. Turned on laptop this morning and it does still work, it is out of charge however and has no alternative charging method. Scared to charge without professional opinion due to risk of electrical fire.
