I have 2 faulty hard drives, one is in a macbook and one used to be in an iMac (the imac has been repaired with a new drive). I purely want to back up the data stored on each hard drive please. The company that fixed my iMac claimed that they could not help with the hard drives, they attempted a data transfer on the Macbook drive and it failed.
