When using the computer the desktop keeps refreshing. Approx 3-6 seconds, which interrupts what I'm doing. Drop down menu's goes away when it refreshing the desktop. Other example i when your browsing the internet bookmarks, when the macbook refreshes the screen you lose the bookmark drop down menu meaning you have to continue to re- drop the bookmark menu. Other examples is when your typing it can replace the text window – very frustrating. Other issue is when i tried to reset the NVRAM it asks for the motherboard password – doesn't appear to understand the 4-button process o reset this. I have also reinstalled the operant system – still the issue s evident.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
