Unit was knocked off a table while charging. it landed where the charging cable attaches, causing the screen to crack from that point and damaging the charging point so that it only charges with the cable in a certain position (raised up towards the screen). The screen does not respond to touch, however the tablet will power on and works with the keyboard.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
