On disassembly, a ribbon cable has been removed that has also damaged the PCB connector, which will need replacing. The Motherboard works OK otherwise. Damaged ribbon connector is J7801 in the centre of the attached picture.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
