I dropped the laptop and cracked the screen. I had a local repair shop remove the old broken screen but they couldn't find a replacement that was comparable to the original.
I now have the computer back (on an external monitor) and it works great. Are you able to replace the screen? I am looking for the replacement to be high res and a touch screen

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
