Laptop has an error on startup. Intitially using BIOS it couldn’t detect the hard drive, so I disconnected and reconnected it and now it detects it. However the laptop seems stuck in a loop, stays on “loading automatic repair” for hours then just shuts down. When it does actually load the repair function, none of the options work. It just says it cannot complete then.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
