Battery seemed to suddenly die. It stopped supplying power and wouldn't charge. The Lenovo app reported battery as 100% charged but full charge capacity 0 Wh and temp 0 degrees. I tried replacing the battery from lenovobatteryshop.co.uk but this only showed as 68% wouldn't charge and wouln't power the laptop. I got a replacement battery from the same company and this one started smoking as soon as I plugged it in, so instantly removed it. Not sure if it was or now is the charging circuit in the laptop that's faulty. It runs on mains power without a problem

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
