I have just purchased Lenovo V145 Laptop, 15.6 FHD, AMD A6-9225, 8GB, 256GB SSD, DVDRW, FreeDOS Windows not included, Serial No. SMP1ZLDCL.
I exchanged the hard disk for one with Windows pre-installed but the laptop BIOS would not see the disk.
I re-installed the original disk but then the laptop screen would not switch on although the power light on the keyboard was illuminated.
The supplier I purchased the laptop from will not accept the laptop as faulty because I changed the hard disk.
I would like to get the laptop repaired.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
