The laptop was dropped whilst charging via the USB C port. It no longer charges (even via the second port) or turns on. Only visible internal damage that I can see is that the USB C port was twisted to one side, causing the pins to be damaged. I've tried tweaking it back into place with pliers, but the pins underneath are probably disconnected and/or short-circuited. I don't have the tools to solder in a new socket.
