Hi, I have a Surface Book 3. I received the following error message:
"Couldn't find a bootable operating system. Check the boot configuration to try and fix this"..
I am trying to do a clean reinstall of Windows 10 via a USB drive, and get the following error: "We couldn't install Windows in the location you chose. Please check your media drive."
I have been told by Microsoft support that this is a harddrive is bad.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers.
