- The laptop works great, can use it all day with out any issues. However the laptop turns off while gaming. The laptop is not overheating has had new thermal pads and paste. When the laptop turns off the green led light on the charger turns off and laptop will not start again until the charger is unplugged and replugged in again. If you google "msi gt72 turning off" it seams to be a common issue with this laptop. Some are reporting the Power IC chip on the motherboard is the issue while others are saying replacing the mosfets on the grahpics card fixes the issue. I am looking to see if it is worth the repair cost to get it fixed as it is still a good laptop.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
