tablet was powered on and came up with error message “android.process.media has stopped” and then google.process.apps has stopped. Each time you hit ok the same errors messages kept coming up. It was powered off and then on and now will not load past the initial screen. I have been on the prestigio sight and tried to factoy reset it following the power button/hold volume up but doesn’t go past the initial screen. -
