The rollers on which the screen extends out (from tablet mode to laptop mode) now do so at an off angle and with some resistance.
More importantly, the connection between screen and laptop is faulty. It had been intermittently going black while you extend the screen up into laptop mode and now is completely black at all times when laptop is switched on.Thanks!

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
