Started with the left headphone not working unless the cable was bent a certain way from the top of the control box (The box half way on the cable with volume/mute control). Recently started not working for any audio unless the cable is played with and twisted in a certain way. The mic still works perfectly other than slight buzzing sometimes. I don't think its the speakers in the headset since there is still clear audio sometimes when the cord is in the right location

My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
