I have encountered a problem where I can only hear out of one ear, however when I move the 3.5mm jack around in its socket I can sometimes get both to work, this is also the same when moving the connection from the cable to the actual headphones. I know its the cable from the 3.5mm to the headphone jack because I have tried it on multiple devices which doesnt use the USB extender the headphones have.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
