Won't power up or factory reset (tried at Apple Store) so it's probably completely dead but it hasn't been dropped or exposed to extreme temperatures or water so I'm not sure what's happened 🙁

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
