I have owned this digital 8 track recorder for approximately 15 years. I have 90 songs recorded and saved and each song has sections recorded in tracks 1-6. For some reason track 1 (in which I typical record the guitar) will no longer play back for any of the 90 songs. I can see there is audio recorded in track 1 as it is showing on the indicator (so it hasn't been accidentally wiped). I just can no longer hear it in any of the 90 songs (previously track 1 has been fine). I used it approximately one year ago and had no issue but switch it on yesterday and found that I am getting no audio from track 1 anywhere (even the demo track that came with the machine).

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
