I bought this Bose product in the early millennium, I think it was 2003. The CD player doesn't work anymore. When I put in a CD the display just says "disc" and "CD" flashes constantly. You get the same message if you don't put a disc in so it doesn't seem to recognise that a disc has been inserted.
I also have a Bose Wave Radio of about the same vintage. Model AWR132. The display is now difficult to see and it is ghosting – i.e. I can see all the other functions in the display but dimly lit.
I will be able to bring them both to you at Shepperton.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
