Unit isn’t charging.
Having picked up : dropped the unit whilst still connected to the charger the end of the charger lead was damaged. The unit could not then be charged with another lead (that worked) so when the battery ran out the unit could not be charged.
There is no obvious damage to the charging port but I suspect it has been damaged or disconnected during the incident.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
