There is no problem with sound when I'm not using the noise canceling function, everything is fine.
But when I turn on the noise canceling there is often a clicking noise coming from the right speaker (the one with the noise canceling button), this happens when I touch either headphone cup or the band also sometimes if I move or rest my head against something. Occasionally a high pitched noise comes through too.
I think it may be a loose wire as the green light also flashes quite often even when I have put a new battery in (the flash is to indicate the battery is low), this tends to happen when I move the right speaker cup.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
