Mic in screen missing. A new screen was fitted a few weeks ago and the repairer was less than professional leaving the mic hole empty. I was advised by another decent repairer in Leicester City centre to contact you guys. He beleives that the screen should have come with the mic film attached to the new screen. Took it back and the guy was most unhelpful. Its my wifes phone and i want to get it fixed correctly for her. I have been advised by the nice guy that it might require another new screen. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
