Long story short: Windows update flashed wrong bios and basically bricked the tablet (happened to few other people at that time frame according to chuwi forums). In an effort to revive it, tablet was plugged to micro usb power source instead of default usb-c, which made a small spark. Later I opened tablet and flashed official bios version for this model with compatible eeprom. Battery was dead, so I revived it carefully to nominal voltage and did couple discharge cycles to test its health and it was fine. There is no water nor physical damage, original usb-c power adapter also seems to be functioning properly. Tablet still doesn't turn on and nothing on the motherboard heats up when plugged in. I have no tools nor experience in component repairs, so I can't progress further.
