    Windows will not recognise my device.
    It could be as simple as a missing driver but B&W tech support tell me that there are no drivers but i know this is not true, there certainly were drivers available but they dont work with windows 8+ and they seem to be withdrawing all support and washing their hands of it though i could be mistaken.
    I cannot find any sources for the drivers anywhere online, the closest i can find is a firmware update on the united states B&W site but i cant do a firmware update for the same reason as i cannot get the speakers to work; windows doesnt recognise it.
    Windows tells me the best drivers are installed but also that no driver is installed.
    It does not appear in my playback options list.
    I have just bought the speakers second hand from ebay, i dont know if it is the driver i need or if they simply dont work but they appear to operate in every other way that i can see.
