The Headset is only working through one ear, The left one is faulty. Had it recently sent off to you my refrence number is in the picture below. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone who said i could send it back and get my £15 back. When i first got the item back seemed to be fine then was faulty again. I have tested it on PC and xbox with different wires. I believe it may be a loose wire inside as it was temporanetly before.
