    Hi, the mic on my headset is faulty. The model is designed to automute when mic arm set in the upright position and then live when brought down from vertical. Now when the mic arm is moved it doesnt work or its mostly static, you can hear it back in the headphones too. On monitoring and testing you can get it to work if you get the mic arm in the perfect position but its getting harder to find each time. I imagine there are touch connection plates or something when moving the arm maybe they're wearing away, or could be a lose connection?
