      • Firstly, no sound coming from the left-hand speaker. Sometimes sound can be heard so my guess is that this is a loose connection. I think this problem is unlikely to do with the jack cable because I bought a new one recently.

        Secondly, the left hand hinge is very loose, to the point where the speaker/ear piece may soon fall away from the headband component.
