      • The main problem is that after being on for abt 24hrs, the system won’t work and there is a loud whirring noise coming from inside the unit. If switched off and back on after 5 mins fault initially clears and then reoccur within 24hrs. The AM radio band always display during fault situation. I have a video clip which shows display and noise which I can email to you if that would help.
        The unit is approx 4 yrs old.

        I think the remote just needs a battery
