The main controller side (On/Off) of the neck-band is not secure maybe due to a fall. So the left side of the ear piece does not have sound in it, but if you press the left side of the neck-band at a particular place the connection seems to happen and there is sound in the left ear piece. There is no visible damage though. But looks like a loose connection due to the less secureness of the left side of the neck-band.
