I accidentally damaged the dual SIM/Micro SD card slots by trying to install a micro SD which didn't fit.
I think I may also have damaged the slot cover by using a safety pin instead of the official tool to try to release the SIM slot cover.Are you able to repair this at all please?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
