I received this speaker on the Christmas just gone and it operated flawlessly. I dropped it once but it proceeded to work as normal then a while later it wouldn't charge, there's no water damage or anything like that so I don't know why this has happened. The manual claims to have a 1 year warranty covering the product, would this be compatible with your repair service?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
