Unit was replaced once already because of this problem, and port seems loose again and unit doesn't show a charging light. If a fix can be done which avoids replacing the whole unit, I would prefer this to another replacement, depending on cost.
I'd be interested if you can suggest a fix which is more durable than the factory-standard port, which seems a weak point.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
