Laptop will not boot. Fans spin briefly when powered on then turn off. Laptop receives power and will charge the battery, can even be powered on by battery so it can't be a power issue. I have replaced the RAM, tried single rank and dual rank with no luck. Booted the board outside of the case and with the heatsink off to rule out any shorting, still does the same thing. CPU nor GPU get warm to the touch when powered on. Looks like previous owner did a lot of work on the inside of the laptop as there are stripped and missing screws.
