my xbox will swift on, but all i can get is a blank screen. If i push the xbox button on the controller it comes up on the screen as "what would you like to do but when i use the controller i'm unable to move to turn console off or turn controller off. Kinect also is working fine but again still have a blank screen.

My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
