I think that there is a problem with the wiring/connection joining the jack. The sound only plays through one earphone, & in order to get it to play through both, you need to twist the wire where it joins the jack. Sometime it can play through both earphones, but more often than not, it only plays through one. I have had the earphones for about 3 years & really only want to get the issue with the earphone working sorted at an economical repair cost. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
