The motors weren't switched off quickly enough when the drone clipped a wall and fell about 15 feet. Some of the motors were stopped from spinning when the drone hit the ground at 90 degrees to horizontal. Four new ESC boards have been tried, although one was wrongly wired on installation. Two new motors have also been tried in various configurations. The drone continues to try to flip on take off, and would if more power were applied. When held aloft it also responds sluggishly to control inputs (controller has been calibrated) before spinning the motors wildly and then closing down. It completes gyroscope calibration ok, finds satellites and the camera still works. I would supply the four esc boards, including the one which was incorrectly wired, as well as the two new motors.
