The headphone jack is slightly bent after a pretty nasty yank, which seems to stop audio from right ear speaker. Tested fault by pinching/bending the last bit of cable that feeds into the jack while it was half-plugged into audio device.
Audio works when doing this, but cuts out as soon as you release it.I think jack needs replacing or fixing, not sure about the cable, but I don't think cable is damaged.
I am also interested in the cable strengthening service you offer; does this service cover both jack and cable in one purchase, or do both have to be purchased separately?
