The audio side of the the av receiver works but all the inputs ( as far as I can tell) and the hdmi outputs have failed. AS far as I'm aware this is the only issue but as all settings are made via the tv screen it is difficult to say if there is anything else wrong

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
