Now nothings works, will not turn on, the top part of the phone near fingerprint id gets hot ,but nothing else. ?
It is supposed to be a rugged phone !!!!

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
