a Screen cracked (accidently knelt on!) and touch screen functionality now limited to the right hand side of the crack on the screen, although graphical display is not affected. It also sometimes has a duplicate mouse cursor appear where one of the cracks is.
b Headphone socket no longer works, not sure why, but it is my 13 year old sons device…..
c On one occasion it took a lot of perseverance to turn it on. It eventually turned on after holding on/off button on whilst plugging and un-plugging the power connector. When it was subsequently turned off it went into a windows update routine, so this may just be one of those glitches.

My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
