Did not drop the tablet. I turned it on and it was fine/installing updates, then the screen turned white with some lines. Whenever I try to turn it on it goes white with the lines changing place sometimes, and then turns off after a few seconds

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
