I left my Surface 3 Pro on for a couple of hours on Friday whilst I went out and on my return it was completely unresponsive. This has happened a couple of times previously and I've solved it by holding down the power button for 30 secs but this didn't work – nor did then holding down the power button for 15s + vol up button. I also tried keeping the power button depressed over night (with elastic bands, a couple of online posts said this had worked for them). Still dead. I'd either like to get it working again or failing that (or it costs too much) then to get my data off it.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
