Hi, There is a broken or loose cable in the headphone jack of these headphones. They need a new jack fitting (I have tried to repair the existing jack, but without success). It is definitely the jack which is the source of the probkem. It is 3.5mm 4 pole, with a right-angle bend (although replacing with a straight jack would be fine). We use these headphones in our new laptop, ipad and smartphone. I'd be grateful if you could give me an estimate for replacing the jack.
