Surface Pro 3 just won't turn on. I read on a forum lots of people had the same problem and were putting there's into ziplock bag, restricting air around the device and then putting them in the freezer for 30 mins to 2 hrs and some managed to get them to turn on by doing this but I got as far as putting mine in a ziplock bag and it turned on so I managed to quickly recover some files (!) however have since tried all reboot button combos and trying to repeatedly turn mine on and it just won't boot! So hoping you may have encountered this problems before and may know a way to repair it?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
