I have an analog drift problem with my controller. I tried to fix it by removing a grey piece next to the analog (just like in this tutorial from YT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuxgh7Kms5o&t=1s)
It fixed the drift problem, but now the analog gets stuck sometimes, so I think it need to be glued back.
