When I insert a disk the PlayStation continues to try and read the disk but is unable to do so. Both DVD's and PlayStation games don't work. I have done the obvious such as cleaning the disk etc but doesn't work for any disk.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
