Received error code NW-35959-1 and DualShock 4 controllers would not connect either wirelessly or wired. Booted to safe mode where controllers work when connected via usb, tried rebuilding database, initialising console, resetting all settings but problem persists, cannot now get passed screen asking for controller to be connected by usb and then press PS button.
Attempted full initialisation with firmware reinstall but now receive error code SU-41283-8. I suspect it’s a bad ram module.
