Afternoon,
I'm wondering if you can help, I've been trying to find a legitimate repair service near me and hoping you're the right place.
My ps4 has recently started play up when trying to insert certain PS4 games – sometimes they work however other time it will sound like the disk is getting jammed and an error message comes up saying unable to read the disk and to close the application.
Like I mentioned it only happens to a couple games however seems to happen to the newer games we purchase for example "Shadow of War"
I'm presuming this has something to do with the disk drive however I'm not 100% and would like if someone could have a look to see if everything looks like it's functioning?
My postcode is CF39 0pd so if you're unable to collect the console can we drop it off?
Also do you have an estimate on how much we could be looking at?
