Hello,
My headphones have lost sound in the right ear (the one the jack does not connect to). I’ve tested a new cable and a different device – so the issue is presumably a wire inside the headphones.
Is this fixable? Can you give a quote?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
