Hi, I have a pair of headphones which have stopped working wirelessly
The headphones were purchased April 2015 so only two years old and were working fine on Friday night but would not power on Monday night.
Plugging in the headphone cable into my phone etc and they work fine.
Plugging the headphones into the power adaptor all the lights flash as they should do but then only the first light is on and its coming on and going off.
Starting the web firmware update page, the headphones are recognised the the headphones and shows the battery as flat which would suggest the lead is working along with the USB adaptor.
I have left the headphones on charge overnight (about 8 hours) but still no joy.
I have tried various reset suggestions (power & mute/ Vol Down 10 seconds, 2 minutes etc) but still no joy
I have also tried various leads (including the original lead) and charges
I was wondering if you had seen this issue before?
